? Stress or Faux-bulous ?

Now that finals have ended and summer has officially began I am finally relieved of most of my stresses, but a little while ago I was under some hard core stress! I had to study for finals, think about new activities to do this summer, start thinking about driving…high school…internship…and even college!  I was stressed because I was scared about change and new things that could cause even more stress. Then I remembered back to when I was a little girl. I would always tell my dad that I didn’t want to grow up, or get any bigger. I realized that I obviously did get older and bigger, but instead of horrible changes and struggles coming into my life, many new and wonderful things came in as well.

I’ve met so many new amazing people, and done so many new and cool things (one of which is this awesome blog) and learned that you can be stressed and think about the hardship that will come with change, or think about the positives that will come with new things in your lives.

Another thing that has helped me relieve stress in my life is asking God for peace and comfort in my hard times. I realized that the one thing that will never change in my life is the unceasing love that God has for me and He will guide my life in the best way. When I am weak He is always strong. Remember to think positive and let God guide your life!

Verse

James 1:2-4

Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.  Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
